At CORE, your safety and unity are our highest priorities. While we will take all reasonable measures to facilitate a secure and uplifting environment, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of risks.

By entering the premises of Syringa Park (venue) and attending the CORE Worship Festival (organisers), all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Personal Risk and Indemnity

Parents and guardians attending with minors are fully responsible for their child(ren) at all times. No child-minding services will be provided. By entering the premises, you agree to indemnify CORE, Syringa Park, and all affiliated parties against any claim arising from the actions or safety of your minor.

The Organisers, Venue, Partners, and Affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury,or death arising from attendance or participation in the CORE Event, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and consequential or incidental losses. All attendees participate in the event at their own risk.


2. Access Control: Scan-In/Scan-Out
A mandatory scan-in and scan-out system will be in place. If you leave the venue without scanning out, re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to help ensure the safety and accountability of all attendees.

3. Adverse Weather Conditions & Ticket Policy
In the unlikely event of bad weather, the event may be postponed to a new date. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Please note: tickets are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility should rescheduling become necessary.

4. Agreement to Terms
Entry to the venue constitutes full acceptance of this disclaimer and indemnity. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from attending the event.
